History.
Ms. Nycklemoe and Ms. Scott both have experience through all phases of the legal process. Our focus on mediation of conflict as an alternative to litigation, when appropriate, allows us to assist our clients to reach their goals without unnecessary litigation or expense. If litigation is the only way to resolve the case, we will present your case to the court to pursue your goals. Our firm was founded on the principle of access to justice, and assisting clients to achieve realistic goals and objectives is our focus.

With a combined experience of more than thirty-five years, Ms. Nycklemoe and Ms. Scott have the skills necessary to evaluate your situation, suggest potential solutions, and assist you in effective planning or dispute resolution.

01. Teamwork

Ms. Scott and Ms. Nycklemoe treat every case and every client with respect and consideration. Both attorneys are aware of and involved in the cases our firm handles. At any given time, you will have two attorneys to assist you in navigating your case. In addition, the other members of our team are available to help answer your questions and demonstrate to you that you and your legal matter are important to us. Every individual deserves responsible, ethical representation, and that is what we strive to provide.

When you are involved in any type of legal action, whether it is estate planning, probate, family law, adoption or a divorce, you need and deserve honest and open communication with your attorney and the other members of the law firm representing you. We endeavor to return all telephone calls and all e-mails within 24 hours. While that is not always an achievable goal, we believe this level of consideration is what you, as our client, deserve.

You may not always know what your options are. You need help navigating the complex world of dispute resolution, both formal and informal, and the information that will empower you to successfully resolve your legal matter. We have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to help guide you through this maze.
