Why Law/Alternatives?

I Have the History and Experience You’ve Been Looking For

History
During my career, I gained extensive experience through all phases of the legal process. With my now limited practice, I focus on problem solving in cases where I am appointed as a Guardian ad Litem, and recommend mediation as an effective alternative to litigation, helping individuals in conflict reach their goals without unnecessary conflict or expense.

Experience
With over thirty-five years of legal experience, I bring seasoned insight to every case. I have the knowledge and skills to assess the situation at hand, suggest strategic solutions, and support individuals through challenging circumstances.

01. Teamwork

I treat every case and every client with respect and thoughtful consideration. I am personally involved in the matters I handle and I believe every individual deserves responsible and ethical assistance—and that is exactly what I strive to provide.

02. Communication

When you are involved in any type of legal action, you need and deserve honest and open communication.  I endeavor to return all telephone calls and all e-mails within 24 hours. While that is not always an achievable goal, I believe this level of consideration is what individuals deserve.

03. Solutions

You may not always know what your options are. You need help navigating the complex world of dispute resolution, both formal and informal, and the information that will empower you to successfully resolve your legal matter. I have the knowledge, skills, and expertise to help guide you through this maze.
