How do we assist our family law clients?
Family finances and relationships are complicated. Family law has become complicated as well. We practice all aspects of family law, and assist clients with cases from the very simple to the very complex. Every divorce, child custody dispute, or child or spousal support case is very fact specific and brings its own unique emotional and financial concerns. We collaborate with accountants and other financial experts, valuation experts, investigators, psychologists, therapists, and other professionals to help us develop winning strategies for your case and to achieve the best possible outcomes for you and your family.
How do we provide support to our clients?
Divorces involving children and spouses seeking support can be very emotionally and financially draining. While our firm provides strong and aggressive litigation tactics when necessary, we also seek out-of-court solutions designed to minimize the impact on families. Divorce does not, and should not, have to be a battle. Whether a case requires litigation or can be resolved through mediation and settlement negotiations, we can help guide you through the process.
How do we help our clients through the process?
Prior to meeting with us, we ask potential clients to review and complete our Family Law Worksheet. We then schedule a consultation to discuss the information provided by you and outline a suggested strategy. After we reach agreement on the specific strategy desired by you, we then provide our range of fees for service.
How do we communicate with our family law clients?
Questions arise in all stages of the family law process. We devote the time necessary to answer questions and provide guidance to our clients throughout the sometimes lengthy and often stressful process. We listen carefully to learn your desired outcome, and then provide thoughtful advice regarding the accomplishment of that goal.
We understand that a divorce or other family law matter can be overwhelming when an individual is in the midst of the process. With that in mind, we strive to meet your needs in a personal, respectful, and caring manner. It is our policy to keep you informed of developments in your case and to respond promptly to phone calls and/or e-mails. As a result, you are well positioned to make informed decisions as the dissolution process moves forward.
